There's no other moment than now. Don't bother looking back, you'll only be seeing a disturbed image of what used to be. Don't bother looking forward, you never know what you'll find around the next corner. So stop being silly living in a world of dreams and start looking at the step you're taking at this exact moment with everything that is involved with it: sounds, smells, thoughts, feelings... Everything. Only this way you'll be able to live you life fully.
No hay otro momento más que el ahora. No te molestes en mirar atrás, solo encontrarás una imagen distorsionada de lo que una vez fue. No te molestes en mirar hacia el futuro, nunca sabes lo que encontrarás a la vuelta de la esquina. No seas lelo, deja de vivir en un mundo de sueños y empieza a ver los pasos que vas dando en estos momentos con todo lo que conlleva: ruidos, olores, pensamientos, sentimientos... Todo. Solo de esta manera podrás vivir plenamente.
