El tiempo es una ilusión - Time is an illusion

Si el pasado no existe, todo el sufrimiento causado en él tampoco y por ello estoy en paz. Si el futuro no existe ¿porque temerle si no ha llegado? El tiempo es una ilusión, solamente tenemos el ahora y es aquí donde podemos Ser.

If the past doesn't exist, all suffering caused in it neither does and so I am at peace. If the future doesn't exist why be scared of it if it has not yet arrived? Time is an illusion, all we have is now and it is here where we can be.
